I’m so happy that I have found Katie here! She brought life back in to my hair after several medical infusions left me with thinning and loss. I feel like a new woman. I also got to meet Terri today and she’s just as smart and friendly as people had described.

I have been a customer for 15+ years. Terri maintains an impeccably clean hair salon. Her skills as a hairdresser are top tier and completely professional. I look forward to every appointment not just because I will feel better with a great new haircut but it's also so fun to visit with all of the other hairdressers and customers. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. A spa-like experience!

I don't leave many reviews but I thought this is well deserved. Aside from getting a great cut every time I come in here and the warm friendly attention from the staff, the one thing that impresses me the most is how Terri will try to accommodate me when my schedule goes haywire.
I like everyone else have a busy work day and sometimes it doesn't cooperate with my hair cut schedule, and yet she will always find a way to squeeze me in.

As a military spouse one of the challenging things is finding a new hair stylist that I trust. It is normally a year of trying new salons before I’m happy. I was lucky that my first stylist I tried after arriving in Suffolk was EXCELLENT! Donna was able to get my color to exactly what I wanted. This was wonderful as my Japanese stylist just couldn’t quite get me to where I wanted. Donna gives wonderful advice, uses quality coloring products and is always personable. My color is always on point and she does a wonderful job. I highly recommend Donna Gardner.
